Werner van Haelst
As Joint Managing Director, Werner is responsible for strategy with focus on internal and external finance and operations. Former Managing Partner of CSI Netherlands, Werner started his career as financial auditor and later IT auditor. He has specialised in SAP audit, security and control since the mid 1990’s. Within CSI he developed solutions for SAP business control frameworks, and has wide experience in complex SAP projects, leading CSI to be a leader in providing business control frameworks services. Werner joined CSI, the predecessor to Integrc, in 2003 and became partner in 2004.
Martyn Proctor
As Joint Managing Director, Martyn is responsible for strategy with focus on the company’s direction and market positioning, including client acquisition and business development. Martyn was previously Director of Innovation at Serco. Prior to that Martyn launched ITNET’s SAP team, growing this to some 250 consultants and becoming number 1 in its sector. Martyn brings leadership, commercial experience, innovative thinking, sales and marketing vision, and 12 years learning as executive sponsor for SAP projects and services, ranging from minor enhancements to £25m transformation programmes.
Marcel Huyskens
Marcel is one of the founders of CSI Netherlands, the predecessor of Integrc and responsible for the international business development and global expansion of Integrc. Marcel has specialised in SAP audit, security and control since the early 1990’s, after several years as a financial and IT auditor, with a focus on access governance, the predominant role of software therein and the integration with SAP software. With his vision and wide experience he was pivotal in making CSI one of the leading SAP security providers.
Gavin Campbell
Gavin is co-founder of su53, the predecessor to Integrc, and responsible for innovation as well as leading service delivery as one of the world’s most experienced and creative Compliance Architects. Gavin has an impressive breadth of experience, joining a global Accountancy and Audit partnership as a post-graduate from Queens Belfast and Notre Dame Indiana, before developing in depth SAP BASIS skills en route to a focused career plan to become a lead thinker in SAP related GRC, audit and security. Gavin brings massive enthusiasm and passion for driving standards for SAP security, seeking innovative new ways of helping organisations reduce costs whilst improving the management of risks. .
Henk Peter Wind
Henk Peter is responsible for Research and Development (Project Office) and the GRC Competence Centre at Integrc. From a career as an IT auditor and consultant, he has specialised in SAP audit, security and control since the mid 1990’s and is perhaps the most experienced GRC auditor and consultant in the Netherlands. His focus is on large and complex access governance projects and his approachand detailed investigative nature ensures management comes to a security solution which best fits their practice and requirements. Henk Peter joined CSI, the predecessor to Integrc, in 1999 and became partner in 2004.
Gary Carter
Gary is co-founder of su53, the predecessor to Integrc, and responsible for UK operations and Integrc’s global support operations and internal IT, as well as being one of the UKs most experienced Principal GRC and Security Consultants. He has been closely involved in the development of SAP Security thinking, with wide experience across everything from full SAP project lifecycles to designing and leading complex global GRC programmes. Gary brings a detailed, security minded and highly objective dimension to Integrc, exhibiting great passion for doing GRC and security properly as a mindset for all those involved. This consistent clarity of purpose is invaluable in helping clients achieve pragmatic risk management in their business.
Arthur Rikken
Arthur is responsible for Netherlands operations and Integrc’s Human Resource Management and capacity planning. He has been closely involved in the development of solutions for SAP business control frameworks and also developed a pragmatic solution for data integrity assurance (to show data is migrated completely and correctly from one system to another). Arthur’s strong focus on hard facts and figures has led him to be involved in many large SAP projects as Quality Assurance manager. Arthur started his career as IT auditor and he joined CSI, the predecessor to Integrc, in 2006 and became partner in 2009.
