CSI en su53 fuseren en vormen een nieuwe marktleider op GRC gebied: Integrc (in-teg-ri-see)
CSI Netherlands BV en su53 Solutions Ltd hebben op 5 januari 2012 hun krachten gebundeld tot Integrc en zijn daarmee wereldwijd de grootste onafhankelijke GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) specialist voor SAP klanten.
De aandelen in Integrc zijn gelijkelijk verdeeld over de aandeelhouders van zowel CSI Netherlands als su53. Het voltallige personeel en alle activa van deze twee bedrijven zijn geïntegreerd in één nieuw bedrijf: Integrc. De holding van Integrc is gevestigd in Den Bosch, de activiteiten worden uitgevoerd vanuit kantoren in de UK (Belfast, Birmingham, London), Nederland (Den Bosch) en een nieuwe vestiging in Asia Pacific (Singapore).
Integrc heeft Werner van Haelst en Martyn Proctor benoemd als CEO’s om gezamenlijk het gefuseerde bedrijf te leiden.
Martyn Proctor verklaart de logica van de fusie: “Na 3 jaar lang samengewerkt te hebben zagen we steeds meer gelijkenissen in onze bedrijfsculturen. Voor ons was het dan ook een logische stap om onze innovatie, expertise en capaciteiten te bundelen om zodoende onze diensten te optimaliseren en onze positie in de markt te versterken.”
Co-CEO Werner van Haelst vervolgt: “Rationeel gezien zijn we twee vergelijkbare bedrijven en zijn we nu in staat om op grotere schaal te opereren. Maar nog waardevoller zelfs is de groei van capaciteit: om aan onze kerncompetenties te bouwen, brengen we su53’s SAP GRC en technische expertise, innovatie zoals dasboards, het Support Centre en SAP partnerschap samen met CSI’s project management skills in SAP security & control projecten, het ruime aanbod van expert trainingen alsmede de diepgaande kennis van auditing.
De plannen, strategie en incorporatie van Integrc zijn het resultaat van fundamentele analyses en innovatief denken in de afgelopen zes maanden. Integrc is operationeel vanaf dag één: in de maanden januari en februari worden klanten, partners en analisten geïnformeerd. De eerste beurspresentatie van Integrc zal plaatsvinden in maart tijdens het internationale GRC2012 evenement in maart in Las Vegas.
CSI Netherlands BV
CSI Netherlands is opgericht in 1997 als specialist op het gebied van audit, security en control van SAP-systemen en als vertegenwoordiger van de toonaangevende CSI tools gericht op de security van SAP omgevingen. Deze tools hebben de markt vele jaren gedomineerd.
Sedert 2007 heeft de CSI software business zich duidelijker afgesplitst van de CSI consulting business. De CSI software business is vanaf dat moment verder gegaan onder de merknaam CSI Tools. CSI consulting, dat inmiddels een sterke reputatie had opgebouwd, is zich vervolgens meer gaan focussen op SAP’s snel groeiende GRC portfolio. Ten tijde van de fusiebesprekingen met su53, was CSI Netherlands al afgestapt van de status als agent voor de CSI software.
su53 Solutions Ltd
su53 is opgericht in 2006 in de UK en was met een gemiddelde groei van 50% per jaar op weg om de belangrijkste provider in de GRC en SAP security markt te worden. Binnen drie jaar heeft su53 zich ontwikkeld als dé onafhankelijke SAP security en controls specialist in de UK en werd SAP’s eerste GRC Special Expertise Partner. In 2009 is het innovatieve Support Service Centre van su53 opgericht in Noord Ierland. su53 voert ook activiteiten uit vanuit kantoren in London en Birmingham.

CSI and su53 merge to form new market leading GRC specialist, Integrc (in-teg-ri-see)
CSI Netherlands BV and su53 Solutions Ltd today joined forces to become Integrc, thus creating the largest independent GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) consulting firm for SAP clients in the world.
The company is privately owned equally by the shareholders of CSI and of su53, and all staff and assets are now integrated as part of one new company. Integrc’s holding company is based in Den Bosch in the Netherlands, whilst its operating companies remain in the UK and the Netherlands. Operating bases are in the UK (Belfast, Birmingham, London), the Netherlands (Den Bosch), and a new base is formed for Asia Pacific in Singapore.
Integrc appoints joint Managing Directors Martyn Proctor and Werner van Haelst to lead the newly merged business.
At the launch, Martyn Proctor explained the logic of the merger: “Our two companies have worked together for 3 years and increasingly saw how the similarity in cultures meant that combining our innovation, expertise and capability would enable us to extend and improve the services we provide to our clients, and make us a stronger business”.
Joint MD Werner van Haelst continues: “Being similar but able to cover wider geographies is just part of the rationale – even more valuable is the growth in capability we now have: we are bringing su53’s SAP GRC and technology expertise, innovation such as dashboards, its Support Centre and SAP relationship together with CSI’s project leadership in SAP security & control projects, training services, and deep understanding of auditing, to build on both of our core competencies”.
The plans, strategy and incorporation of Integrc result from significant assessment and innovative thinking over the last six months, and the company is fully in place and operational from day one: client, partner and analyst briefings are being conducted through January and February, and Integrc’s launch exhibition will be the global GRC2012 event in March in Las Vegas.
CSI Netherlands BV
CSI Netherlands was founded in 1997 with a focus on SAP audit, security and control and distribution of market leading CSI tools to help manage security in an SAP environment. For many years these tools dominated the market.
By 2007, the CSI software business was re-branded into CSI Tools and separated totally from CSI’s consulting business. From that moment onwards CSI consulting, who had built up a strong reputation, elected to focus increasingly on SAP’s rapidly strengthening GRC portfolio. By the time of the merger with su53, CSI Netherlands was entirely separate from CSI Tools, and had relinquished its status as an agent.
su53 Solutions Ltd
su53 was founded in the UK in 2006 and has grown at an average of 50% per annum to become a major provider in the GRC and SAP security market. Within three years su53 had established itself as the UK’s leading independent specialist for SAP security and controls, becoming SAP’s first accredited GRC Special Expertise Partner. In 2009 su53 set up its innovative Support Service Centre in Northern Ireland: su53 also has operating centres in London and Birmingham.
